Cancellation Policies: The staff at The Regal Beagle would greatly appreciate any cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things happen at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. Please note that voice mail or email to re-schedule or cancel any appointment is the accepted way for canceling.
-Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of $40.00.
-No-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
NOTE: Due to the high demand for appointments all appointments require a credit card to reserve the appointment and must be cancelled no less that 48 hours to prevent a $25 late cancellation fee.
As a courtesy, we will continue to send automated email reminders 3 days before your appointment.
Late Appointments: Being more than 15 minutes late may result in us needing to reschedule the appointment and the No show fee will apply.
We will always do our best to accommodate you, however, good groomers aren’t cheap and cheap grooms aren’t good!
Vaccinations: Prior to receiving any services, all owners must provide proof of current Rabies, Distemper, Negative Fecal and Bordetella. Dogs must not be vaccinated within 7 days prior to their appointment.
*If a dog comes in within 7 days of having shots or is not up to date on the shots we need, this will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and the No Show fee will apply.
Note: Holiday boarding reservations require a 7 day cancellation notification, if not your deposit will be forfeited.
Failure to cancel will incur the following fees. The applicable fee will be charged to your on-file credit card.
A deposit in the amount of 20% of entire stay is required for all holiday boarding. This deposit is forfeited if your reservation is not canceled prior to the "cancellation" policy listed above.
Payment for all accommodations and services reserved will be paid at check-out. The Regal Beagle accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard American Express, Discover.
